Choosing colorful ingredients is a great way to keep your meals interesting and nutritious! Add fruits, veggies and beans to your salad. Sweeten your smoothies with cantaloupe, raspberries and blueberries. Cook cauliflower, broccoli, and sweet peppers with dinner.
